  • Do I need a concrete foundation for a sunroom?

No. You have options. A sunroom addition can be installed on your existing deck or concrete patio. If needed, we can also construct a deck or pour a concrete pad.

  • Is a sunroom only for the summer season?

Not at all! We offer two options: a three-season sunroom or an all-season sunroom.

  • What are the differences between the two sunroom options you build?

Our all-season sunroom features a vinyl construction that's thermally broken, has a solid insulated roof system, uses high-performance, 7/8″ insulated, low E-glass, and is heatable, ensuring year-round comfort. Knee walls can be made from either insulated panels or insulated tempered glass.

The three-season option is ideal for spring, summer, and fall. It is not meant to be heated, but can be used on mild winter days with its passive solar effects. Single pane, tempered, or insulated glass options are all available. The type of sunroom also has a solid roof system and an insulated knee wall.

  • What sizes and styles are available for sunrooms?

Both our three-season and all-season sunrooms can be customized to fit your needs and budget. Choose from visually appealing gable or studio-style rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass for maximum view and ventilation, or traditional knee walls for extra strength and privacy.

  • How are sunrooms typically finished?

We handle the construction, leaving the finishing to you. You’ll be responsible for the furniture, carpeting, electricity, and any desired accessories.

  • What color options are there for sunroom additions?

Choose from white, beige, or bronze to match your preferences and existing décor.

  • How strong is the sunroom’s roof system?

Rest assured, our roof can support up to 100 pounds per square foot - twice the requirement of the Massachusetts building code, providing ample strength for New England winters.

  • What about maintenance for sunrooms?

Our sunroom additions are virtually maintenance-free and resistant to dirt, scratches, and fading, ensuring lasting durability without the need for painting.

  • What warranty do you offer for sunrooms?

Each sunroom comes with a solid two-year airtight warranty, and with their durable construction, expect them to last as long as your house. Plus, there's a lifetime warranty on glass breakage.

  • What's the cost for a sunroom like this?

Surprisingly affordable, the cost varies based on your specifications. Contact us today for a free estimate.
